The Aquaporin A2O Pure water filter system specifications, features, and performance claims are based on manufacturer information. Saniwater.com strives to provide accurate product descriptions but does not warrant that such information is error-free.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in the local currency and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept Credit Card and Cash on Delivey.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Saniwater.com is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our control.

5. Return Policy

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on the Aquaporin A2O Pure water filter system. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of the original shipment date for a full refund or store credit, subject to the following conditions:

The item must be unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

The refund covers only the cost of the product. Installation, disconnection, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Warranty

The Aquaporin A2O Pure water filter system comes with a 12 month warranty covering manufacturer defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

7. Filter Replacement

For optimal performance, filter replacement is recommended as follows:

Pre-filter and post-filter: Every 12 months or 4,500 liters, whichever comes first.

Aquaporin Inside® DWRO® membrane: Every 24 months or 7,000 liters, whichever comes first.

The system’s indicator lights and mobile app will notify you when filter replacement is needed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on www.saniwater.com, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Saniwater.com and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Saniwater.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai Municipality and the United Arab Emirates.

11. Changes to Terms
